Our processing time frame is 2-4 business days. Wigs and hair extension will ship within that time frame.

We are not reponsible for any lost packages during transit . Once an order is shipped its no longer in our control .
Returns
We Offer returns on items that are unworn and in the same condition it was recieved .Once the order is returned , once we see that it in a good condition , you will be refunded . Refunds takes 5-7 days to move from one bank to another .
